Vinyl Poncho

I suffered a couple of unexpected and strong tropical rain showers and a poncho is valuable in these situations. On this item, the plastic side fasteners are really strong and the wind does not undo them. Just be cautious when reopening them....one at a time and not all at once...No one should go out without a Poncho...I even had rain in the middle of the sahara...and it can be used as a shelter, tent, signalisation flag,...
